Eric & Victoria

Greetings to all our wonderful customers,

Many of you already know that Victoria and Eric have been running the Corning location since 2010. They Opened the Chuckwagon at the Rolling Hills Equestrian Center in 2017. They took over the Corning shop from Eric’s folks Carole and Dennis Bartels, who already had their hands full with the Anderson and Redding Locations. Eric grew up working behind the counter in Anderson and Redding Locations. He watched how his Parents ran and maintained those locations and kept that in the back of his mind. After school Eric moved to Colorado to start and run a stagecoach business that was in operation for over sixteen years. As his parents grew older and needed his help he decided to move home and mind the Corning Shop. Soon after he moved back to California he met Victoria and the rest is history. Victoria Moved to Northern California in 2005 after selling her successful Horse Drawn Carriage Company in Southern California. They both seem to compliment each other and running the businesses appear to run smoother with both involved. Their Mission Statement on their employee handbook states” Corning Giant Burger and Chuckwagon are committed to providing our customers with the finest burgers, fries, meals and beverages. We strive to always provide the best customer service and never stop learning how to be better than before. Our employees will be cheerful and ready to help with a smile on their faces throughout their entire shift. Our shops will be clean and tidy and our managers will be readily available for any assistance they can provide.”

Thank you for your patronage.
